চলোকিনবো ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপে প্রবেশ, রেজিস্ট্রেশন অথবা ক্রয় সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে ব্যবহার করার পূর্বে সম্পূর্ণ নীতিমালা মনোযোগসহকারে পড়ুন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপ ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার
১. ব্যবহারকারীকে অবশ্যই সঠিক, সম্পূর্ণ এবং হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
২. অবৈধ, প্রতারণামূলক বা ক্ষতিকর কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে চলোকিনবো ব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ।
পণ্যের তথ্য ও প্রাপ্যতা
১. আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি পণ্যের ছবি, বর্ণনা ও তথ্য যথাযথভাবে প্রদর্শন করতে।
২. তবে হাতে তৈরি/দেশি পণ্যে রং, আকার বা টেক্সচারে সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে, যা নকশাগত প্রকৃতি।
৩. কোনো পণ্য স্টক-আউট বা অনুপলব্ধ থাকলে আমরা গ্রাহককে অবহিত করবো এবং প্রয়োজনে অর্ডার বাতিল/রিফান্ড করবো।
৪. ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সব পণ্য ও মূল্য পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৫. সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) প্রদর্শিত, যদি অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকে।
৬. পণ্য স্টক বা অফার পরিবর্তন করার পূর্ণ অধিকার চলোকিনবো সংরক্ষণ করে।
মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
১. সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে প্রদর্শিত।
২. পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম: bKash, Cash on Delivery (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)।
৩. অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার আগে আমরা মূল্য হালনাগাদ বা সংশোধনের অধিকার রাখি।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
১. আপনার অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর SMS/Call/Email এর মাধ্যমে কনফার্মেশন দেওয়া হবে।
২. ভুল মোবাইল নম্বর বা ঠিকানা দিলে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ বা বিলম্ব হতে পারে, যার দায়গ্রহণ গ্রাহকের।
শিপমেন্ট ও ডেলিভারি
১. ডেলিভারি সময় সাধারণত ২-৭ কর্মদিবস (তবে অবস্থান ও পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে)।
২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ অঞ্চলভেদে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৩. কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এর বিলম্ব/দূর্ঘটনা ক্ষেত্রে যৌক্তিক ব্যবস্থায় সহযোগিতা করা হবে।
রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড নীতি
১. রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড নীতি পলিসি সম্পর্কে তথ্যে জানতে, দয়া করে আমাদের পন্য ফেরত নীতিমালা দেখুন।
মেধাস্বত্ব
১. ওয়েবসাইটের সকল ছবি, লেখা, লোগো, ব্র্যান্ড ডিজাইন এবং কনটেন্ট চলোকিনবো এর সম্পত্তি।
২. অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো ব্যবহার, কপি বা বাণিজ্যিক প্রয়োগ আইনগত অপরাধ।
প্রাইভেসি নীতি
আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুসারে ব্যবহারকারীর ডেটা সুরক্ষিত ও ব্যবস্থাপনা করা হয়।
দায়সীমা
১. প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যাজনিত সাইট ডাউন, অর্ডার বিলম্ব, ট্রান্সমিশন এরর ইত্যাদি ক্ষেত্রে আমরা প্রত্যক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় সীমিত পর্যায়ে বহন করি।
২. আমরা কোনো পরোক্ষ বা অনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নই।
৩. ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত তথ্যের যথার্থতা বজায় রাখতে আমরা সচেষ্ট, তবে ভুল বা টাইপো ঘটলে চলোকিনবো দায়ী নয়।
